Andre has 10 years experience in the banking and finance industry. He Started off as a  branch banker but quickly progressed to assisting financial planners nationwide, help their clients.

My name is Ellalandra Arakelow and I am a mental health counselor in training under Adelphi University, while under the supervision of Cherie Dortch, Psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents, and adult populations who struggle with depression and anxiety.

WaldenFit’s training style incorporates various techniques including resistance training, calisthenics, boxing, high-intensity interval training, and sprinting. All sessions are educational and exciting! 

My name is Brittany Alexandra and I am a personal trainer & life coach as well as a Level 2 FST stretch therapist. My passion is to alleviate pain and have you move at your highest capacity.
