 Jeanelle Marcellin

Therapist

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard, and work through life’s challenges without judgment.

I have experience in hospital-based behavioral health, outpatient substance use treatment, and community settings, supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use and recovery.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand who you are, what you’ve experienced, and what you want for yourself.

I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, develop healthier boundaries and coping skills, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with their sense of self and purpose. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are navigating a transition, my goal is to provide a supportive space where we can work together to help you heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
