Ellalandra Arakelow

My name is Ellalandra Arakelow and I am a mental health counselor in training under Adelphi University, while under the supervision of Cherie Dortch, Psychotherapist. 

I work with children, adolescents, and adult populations who struggle with depression and anxiety. I utilize various therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of my client and specifically utilize unique forms of play therapy with children that involve a variety of video games such as Minecraft or Roblox.

My mission is to create a safe space for my client that is personalized to their specific needs and interests. Each session is meant for my client to decompress, mentally and emotionally grow, as well as have fun.
